SA1130-G13-H11HT2 Turbo Actuator Gearbox

The turbo actuator is part of a complete VGT turbo assembly manufactured by Garrett. The original turbo actuator has a short lifespan and therefore an extremely high failure rate. This actuator often cannot be purchased separately, and if it breaks, a complete turbo with the actuator assembly must be purchased. The high failure rate is primarily due to wear of the two plastic gears, which creates excessive friction and causes the DC motor to break. Since one of the gears causing this problem is laser-welded inside the gearbox, swapping just the plastic gears and the DC motor is not possible. Therefore, Sacer offers a remanufactured solution in the form of a completely new actuator gearbox. Completely new, patented, and easy to install.
