SA1480 - UAD Electronic Turbo Actuator Test Tool

The UAD tester is a precision electronic device, and its primary function is to detect and calibrate electric actuators. It uses an external 24V power supply, provides open-source power, and an emergency reset button.

 

With the UAD tester, the following components and actuator performance can be tested:

1. Motor: Whether the motor is operating properly.

2. Sensor chip: Whether the actuator's built-in position/angle sensor is operating properly.

3. Gear train: Whether the gear train is properly engaged and whether any teeth are stuck or missing.

4. Actuator performance: Whether the output signal stability and the actuator's ability to track action are correct.

 

The UAD tester incorporates a high-resolution touchscreen, allowing users to select and activate operating instructions via the display. The tester incorporates an MCU chip. To facilitate subsequent maintenance, the MCU chip uses a plug-in structure.
