Notes:
To ensure correct actuator selection and installation:
- Professional Installation Recommended: We strongly recommend that the sensor be installed by a qualified technician using proper diagnostic tools to calibrate pressure readings and clear active SCR DTC fault codes.
- System Flushing Precaution: Before installing the new sensor, clean and flush the urea line to remove solid urea crystallization that could clog the sensor inlet port.
- OE Identification Assistance: If you are unsure whether this sensor matches your vehicle or urea pump model, SACER technical support staff will assist you with identification. Please provide a clear photograph of your original sensor and pump tag prior to ordering.
Features
Specifically engineered for diesel vehicle SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) exhaust post-treatment systems. The HM8500J SCR Urea Pressure Sensor accurately measures and feeds back real-time AdBlue/DEF (32.5% Urea Solution) injection pressure to the engine control unit (ECU). Built with high-grade anti-corrosive materials and freeze-expansion resistant internal structures, it ensures stable performance in harsh under-chassis environments and high-vibration conditions.
