Chemical Limitation: Like all VMQ silicone compounds, this seal is highly vulnerable to degradation and severe swelling when in direct contact with hydrocarbon solvents and petroleum lubricants.
Recommended Assembly Guide: Clean the connector channel Apply ONLY water or pure silicone-based grease (non-petroleum) as an installation lubricant. Over-stretching during assembly should not exceed 5%.
